1.Terms and Conditions
Below listed terms and conditions apply to all our service contracts.
Customers will be having the responsibility to open, check, review and upload all the required source documents to be processed on a month-to-month basis or as needed.
Our monthly fee must be paid within the stipulated time as per the original contract entered at the time of commencement of the services. We will hold all work if there are delays is making our prescribed fee.
Tamia Advisors is not a Certified Public Accounting firm and can help only with bookkeeping and other data entry services or whichever services we agree upon. We depend upon the data supplied to us and will not hold us accountable for any accounting errors due to incorrect data supplied to us.
If either party materially breaches any term of the Agreement agreed upon or a Work Order (other than by nonpayment) and does not substantially cure the breach within Seven days after receipt of written notice specifying the breach, the other party may terminate the Work Order upon Seven days’ further written notice.
Tamia Advisors is acting only as an independent third-party service provider. Neither party shall act or represent itself, directly or by implication, as an agent of the other, except as expressly authorized in an agreement or work order.
Any dispute arising out of this outsourcing agreement will be decided by independent arbitrators. Both Firm and Customer expressly agree not to have any disagreement heard in a court of law and to have any disputes resolved by an arbitrator acceptable to both parties.
Tamia can cover only the scope of the specific service as per the agreements signed upon based on the nature of each project. We shall keep the data only for a certain period of time as requested and agreed with our customers.
A Project may be terminated by either party with mutual consent. Notice of cancellation is one month at any point, by either party.
2. Privacy Policy
At Tamia, we guarantee and value the privacy of all our customers. We ensure absolute confidentiality and privacy of any information that is given to us by our clients, and we have given the flexibility to our customers to specify their preferred mode of contact with us, and we will not disclose their identity without their express or written consent. All written and oral information communicated to either party by the other, whether before or after the Effective Date, shall be held in strict confidence and used only for the purposes of the signed confidentiality Agreement. No such information shall be disclosed by the recipient without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.
3.Cancellation & Refund policy
Tamia Advisors guarantees 100 percent customer satisfaction. We will cancel or refund any feed paid to us for any services as per the below guidelines. In most cases Tamia Advisors bills their clients only after completion of the entire project and returning the completed output as per the contract agreed upon.
- Full refund in case the project has not started by us within 7 days of time after the initial payment is made to us.
- No refunds will be entertained in case if the data provided to us is incorrect and we have already started processing the same.
- Customers are allowed to request a full refund within 48 hours of making the payment in case if they don’t want to continue with the project.
- All refunds requests must be made in writing and an email must be send to billing@tamiaca.com for faster approvals and refunds.
- All refunds will be made within 48- 72 hours of the time after receiving written requests and after scrutinization and approval by our billing department. It may take 5-7 business days to credit the amount to the customer account.
