Collection of source documents
Your team will be responsible to collect the required data on a regular basis as agreed upon earlier and share access to your accounting software, location of folders in the cloud or remote computers, online read-only access to bank, credit cards, and other related business accounts.
Deliverables
As we get a response to our questions, we will make the necessary changes and notify you when the final output is ready. We can generate various reports as per your requirement and share them with you in a predefined manner.
Execution
We will carry on the work as agreed, complete the work, and do a review of the work done. We will list out missing information, list of unknown items, etc., and share it with your team.
Work Stream
We will be initiating a phone call to discuss the scope of the work and understand your expectations. We will make a brief of the meeting and share it with you to review and provide your feedback to ensure that we stand on the same page. We can discuss the roles and responsibilities of each party to understand the current process related to accounting cycles, payable process, payroll process, account receivable process, fixed asset, and depreciation, closing adjustments, etc. We encourage biweekly meetings to discuss the progress.
